I just had to post this beautiful conche ceviche from Habana Libre on Little Corn Island.

El Zopilote in Nicaragua dished up this kickin' rice and beans (gallo pinto). Four special sauces: yoghurt, hummus, and two kinds of chutney. Garden salad.

I'm off to Nicaragua for a relaxing respite from the toils of high-end entertainment venues and restaurants. Time to relax in the sun and to learn a bit about local cusine.
